Chiefs quartet training at Fulham

Kaizer Chiefs youngsters Lorenzo Gordinho, Ryan Moon, Emmanuel Letlotlo and Siyabonga Ngezana left for England on Monday to train at Championship outfit Fulham.

Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung explained the nature of the trip.

"This is part of the development plan to expose our players in the advanced European set-ups," Motaung told his club's website.

"Part of the trip is to explore future possibilities and forge ties with other clubs. It is important for benchmarking and exchange programs to do so.

"For the youngsters, this is a lifetime opportunity to have a look and feel of the European set-up. We are confident that they will return with a broader view and mindset, which will contribute massively in their growth and development path."

Defender Gordinho is a first-team regular, new signing Moon and fellow striker Letlotlo have made cameo appearances for the Glamour Boys, while MultiChoice Diski Challenge star Ngezana has made it on to Steve Komphela's bench this season.

The quartet will return to Naturena on January 12, with Amakhosi next in action against Free State Stars at FNB Stadium on February 7.
