A round-up of South African players plying their trade abroad this past weekend.

DAYLON CLAASEN
Claasen played the final 20 minutes for German Bundesliga II side 1860 Munich as they lost 1-0 at Bochum.
 
HAASHIM DOMINGO & THIBANG PHETE
Domingo and Phete featured for Vitoria Guimaraes B as they lost 2-0 at Sporting Braga B in the Portuguese second division.

SAMEEHG DOUTIE
Doutie played for Atletico do Kolkata in the first leg of their Indian Super League semifinal against Mumbai City. Atletico won 3-2, with City having Uruguayan legend Diego Forlan sent off.

KERMIT ERASMUS
No place in the match day squad for Erasmus at French Ligue 1 side Rennes.

ANDILE JALI
Jali was an unused substitute for Belgian side KV Oostende.

MAY MAHLANGU
Mahlangu made a second successive start for Romanian side Dinamo Bucharest as they won 1-0 at home to Târgu Mureș.

KAMOHELO MOKOTJO
Mokotjo was pulling the strings in midfield as FC Twente stunned title-chasing Ajax Amsterdam 1-0.
 
LEBOGANG PHIRI
Phiri played for Brondby as they won 2-1 at home to FC Midtjylland in Denmark.
 
STEVEN PIENAAR
Pienar started for Sunderland as their survival hopes suffered a blow with a 3-0 away loss at fellow strugglers Swansea City in the English Premier League.

TOKELO RANTIE
No place in the match day squad for Rantie at Turkish side Genclerbirligi.

MICHAEL TRAVIS
Pietermaritzburg-born defender Travis returned from a long-term injury to appear on the bench for Forfar in Scotland for the first time since January.

JOEL UNTERSEE
Untersee played for Italian Serie B side Brescia in their 0-0 home draw with Novara.

LARS VELDWIJK
No place in the match day squad for Veldwijk at Belgian side Kortrijk.

BONGANI ZUNGU
Zungu’s yo-yo existence at Vitoria Guimaraes continues as he was left out of the match day squad for the Portuguese side.
