Golden Arrows coach Clinton Larsen has welcomed the return of three key players for their Absa Premiership clash against Polokwane City at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday.
Marquee signing Kagisho Dikgacoi and defender Nkanyiso Mngwengwe are back from their respective suspensions following their dismissal in the defeat to Platinum Stars.
Meanwhile, Kenyan midfielder Cliffton Miheso has also recovered from an illness he picked up while on international duty earlier this month.
The trio were all absent in Arrows' 1-0 victory over Highlands Park and the 3-0 defeat to African champions Mamelodi Sundowns, which has since seen them drop to fourth place on the log.
"[Miheso] is back training with the team, and he's looking good. There’s a good possibility he will be in contention for a spot in the team [on Wednesday]," Larsen confirmed to KickOff.com.
"With the return of 'KG' [Dikgacoi] and Mngwengwe, that experience will strengthen the team so it’s going to be good to have them back.
"We have missed them for [the last] two games and hopefully we can get back to winning ways with them in the team."
Defender Lehlohonolo Nonyane, however, has yet to return to to training after suffereing a groin injury against Chippa United midway through last month, and will sit out their next clash.
Zimbabwean attacker Danny Phiri, who opened his scoring account last weekend, as well as assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi will also be missing through suspension.
