Bongani Zungu got closer to the action in Portugal, Sameehg Doutie set up a winner in India, while Ayanda Patosi and Lars Veldwijk again watched from the sidelines in Europe on the weekend.

SAMEEHG DOUTIE
Doutie came off the bench and set up the winning goal as his Indian Premier League side Atletico do Kolkata won 2-1 at bottom club Goa.

KERMIT ERASMUS
Erasmus did not make it off the bench for French Ligue 1 side Rennes.

ANDILE JALI
Jali was an unused substitute as Oostende continued their remarkable season with a 6-0 win over Genk to stay second in Belgium.

MAY MAHLANGU
Mahlangu came on for the final 15 minutes as his Romanian side Dinamo Bucharest won 2-1 at Voluntari.

KAMOHELO MOKOTJO
Mokotjo played the full game for Dutch club FC Twente as they lost 3-2 at NEC and stay in sixth.

KGOSI NTLHE
Ntlhe, who won high praise from his manager this week, played for English fourth-tier side Stevenage in their 2-1 win at Portsmouth.

AYANDA PATOSI
Patosi was again missing from the match-day squad at Lokeren after being asked to train on his own having returned home late from international duty due to visa issues.

LEBOGANG PHIRI
Phiri played the full game for Danish side Brondby as they won 3-1 at home to Silkeborg to stay in second behind FC Copenhagen. 

STEVEN PIENAAR
Pienaar was back from suspension for Sunderland and came off after 78 minutes of their 2-0 loss at Liverpool.

ZAMA RAMBUWANE
The South African junior international came on for the closing minutes of Hapoel Ra’anana’s 0-0 home draw with Hapoel Tel Aviv in Israel.

TOKELO RANTIE
Rantie was an early substitute for Turkish side Genclerbirligi, entering the game on 32 minutes, but could not score his first goal for his new club in a 0-0 draw with Trabzonspor.

TYROANE SANDOWS
Sandows came on midway through the second half of a surprise 5-1 loss for Brazilian top-flight side Gremio at Santa Cruz.

JOEL UNTERSEE
Untersee, who is being monitored by Bafana Bafana, played for Italian second-tier side Brescia in a 1-0 home win over Ascoli.

LARS VELDWIJK
Veldwijk was not in the match-day squad again for Belgian side Kortrijk. He has not featured since returning from international duty with Bafana Bafana. 

BONGANI ZUNGU
Zungu appeared on the bench for the first time for Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes, though he did not see any game-time in the 2-1 loss to Tondela.
