Siboniso Gaxa waiting on PSL in Kaizer Chiefs contract dispute case

Posted: 8 November 2016 Time: 11:31

Siboniso Gaxa continues to train with Bidvest Wits while he awaits the outcome of his case with Kaizer Chiefs.

The 32-year-old took Amakhosi to the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber after the club showed him the back door claiming his contract expired.

However, the KwaZulu-Natal-born defender believes he still has an existing contract at Naturena and is seeking compensation for his dismissal.

Gaxa’s manager Glyn Binkin confirms that the player’s matter at the DRC has been finalised and they are now waiting for an outcome.

“We are only now waiting for an outcome, which might take a few weeks. The player continues to train with Bidvest Wits,” Binkin tells KickOff.com.

Gaxa’s case has been dragged out and postponed several times since his release was announced by Chiefs at the end of June.
