Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral has faith in Bernard Morrsion's ability but believes the midfielder needs more dsicipline in defence.
Morrison, who is reported to have arrived from AS Vita during the off-season with hefty price-tag, is yet to command regular place in the starting line-up at Pirates.
The Ghananian attacker has managed just three starts thus far, and came on as second-half substitute during the Soweto Derby goalless draw against Kaizer Chiefs this past weekend.
Ertugral believes the 23-year-old is a "brilliant" winger, though, admits there is more work to be done if he is to stake his claim for a regular place in the team.
"He is a brilliant player when he has the ball, but not so much without the ball," said the Turkish tactician. "The game is also about when you are without the ball.
"When he has the ball he can be very good, but unfortunately he is a free-style player. We can't have five free-style players on the field, otherwise in the end it will put the defence under pressure.
"He needs to be more disciplined in our organisation forms, which is why he has not been in starting line up [recently]."
Tonight the Buccaneers are away to SuperSport United at the Mbombela Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 19h30.
