Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral says Happy Jele is a "pressure player who is tactically brilliant in important roles".
Ertugral lauded praise on Jele after Pirates beat Golden Arrows 2-1 in the last-16 of the Telkom Knockout at Orlando Stadium on Sunday.
"People ask why Happy is playing but Happy is a pressure player who is tactically brilliant in important roles," Ertugral is quoted as saying by Bucs.
"Jele has quality. Like (Mpho) Makola, Oupa (Manyisa), Issa (Sarr) ... outside of their on-pitch ability, in the dressing room they are commanding figures," added the Turk, who also hailed Edwin Gyimah's warrior mentality.
Ertugral feels his players are showing signs of matching his expectations after ending a three-game winless run in all competitions.
"We still have a lot to do before the players understand what we are trying to do but I'm happy that there are signs today."
