Golden Arrows have confirmed the signing of former Bafana Bafana midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi, as revealed by KickOff.com.

This website on Wednesday reported 'KG' has penned a deal with Abafana Bes'thende on his return from England.

Arrows have since released a statement, which reads: 'Abafana Bes'thende are happy to announce the signing of Kagisho Dikgacoi.

'We are pleased that we have secured the services of KG, he has had vast experience both internationally and as a representative for Bafana Bafana. His knowledge and insight into the game will be priceless. He is a natural leader and a number fo the younger players look up to him, and we are sure that he will mentor them.

'Having previously played for Abafana Bes'thende before moving overseas where he played for clubs such as Fulham, Crystal Palace and Cardiff City, both he and the club are excited to have him home and back in the green and gold strips.

'We would like to welcome KG back to the club and look forward to an enjoyable partnership with him.'

The 31-year-old agreed terms with the joint-log leaders after a training stint in Durban, having left Cardiff City as a free agent in the off-season.

Dikgacoi skippered Arrows before heading abroad in 2009 where he also had spells with Fulham and Crystal Palace.
