The Ghana center-half is playing regularly now after joining Roda on loan for a second spell and says the decision was influenced heavily by the availability of first-team football there.
Now he says any decision he makes when the current loan spell runs out will be subject to the same consideration.
“I just decided to play regularly, so I went on loan,” he said. “I needed the matches to maintain my rhythm. Roda is not the best team in Holland, but for me it’s good to get some matches to play.”
Addo says he has been offered an extension to his current deal with PSV, which ends at the end of this season, but is reluctant to commit to it.
“I have been there for nine years now, so I am used to PSV very much. But it is always time to start from somewhere.”
