Addo open to PSV return

Addo open to PSV return

Eric Addo is open to a return to PSV Eindhoven when his loan deal with Roda JC expires, but is adamant that it will be subject to availability of first-team football.

The Ghana center-half is playing regularly now after joining Roda on loan for a second spell and says the decision was influenced heavily by the availability of first-team football there.

Now he says any decision he makes when the current loan spell runs out will be subject to the same consideration.

“I just decided to play regularly, so I went on loan,” he said. “I needed the matches to maintain my rhythm. Roda is not the best team in Holland, but for me it’s good to get some matches to play.”

Addo says he has been offered an extension to his current deal with PSV, which ends at the end of this season, but is reluctant to commit to it.

“I have been there for nine years now, so I am used to PSV very much. But it is always time to start from somewhere.”

Ohh my guy Billion, I couldn't agree more with you on this. That Addo guy must just retire and take care of his children. I watched Ghana Vs Egypt and you should see some comical defending Addo was doing at the back. This old man should be dropped now now otherwise, Benin's Omotoyossi, Mali's Kanoute and Sudan's Faisal Aggab Seedo will demolish Ghana when we meet them. I think right now Addo is the weak link in the Ghana Team. Am sure our opponents are hoping we don't drop him. I just pray we do away with this old and rusty defender quick.

Billion,Faisal- you guys piss me off! What are you bloody doing here on Kickoff Ghana if you don’t find kickoff Ghana interesting? Abeg go sit down! Must we comment on every article? We have more important things to do than ‘sleeping’ on kickoff forum because we want to post comments. Must you guys seek to provoke Ghanaians all the time? Na by force say make Ghanaians post comment on this forum? For me, I wish these South Africans will remove kickoff Ghana. I don’t want any provocation. Just keep you distance.Busy bodies! If I want news –including sports-about Ghana, I know where to go -an authentic Ghana website. As far as I’m concerned, kickoff is a bloody biased, anti-Ghana site
