Posted: 3 September 2016 Time: 07:44

Abbubaker Mobara enjoyed making his Bafana Bafana debut against Mauritania but he expects a better result against Egypt in the Nelson Mandela Challenge.

The Orlando Pirates utility player impressed in a 1-1 draw at Mbombela Stadium on Friday as South Africa concluded their failed 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign.

Shakes Mashaba's men next host the Pharaohs in a friendly at Orlando Stadium on Tuesday.

"I was told to enjoy the game, it was my debut game. I think I enjoyed it very much," said Mobara, who was deployed at right-back in Nelspruit.

"Just a thank you to the coach and the Almighty for putting me out there and making it possible today.

"It wasn't the best result but that's football and we got to shake it off and wait for the next game."
