Golden Arrows coach Clinton Larsen has confirmed the club have signed left-back Lehlohonolo Nonyane.
According to Larsen, Nonyane completed his move to Arrows after securing his release from Cape Town City via the Premier Soccer League's Dispute Resolution Chamber.
"Yes, there was something that was holding him up and he was cleared in the DRC in Johannesburg which he attended. So he is our player now," Larsen says.
"He's one of the players that we have been waiting for now to finish what we wanted and I'm excited to have him. We have signed (Clifton) Miheso, the Kenyan Danny Phiri, Limbikani Mzava and Lerato Lamola."
Larsen also confirmed Colombian striker Jesus Barrios has been training with Abafana Bes'thende for the past two weeks with a view to filling their last foreign spot. Kudakwashe Mahachi, Danny Phiri, Clifton Miheso and Limbikani Mzava are occupying the other berths.
Barrios, who previously played for Venezuelan side Metropolitan FC, faces competition for a contract from fellow trialist Helder Pelembe. The Mozambican hitman is still owned by Orlando Pirates.
Arrows currently have Lerato Lamola, Sbusiso Sibeko and Sandile Dlamini as their strikers for the coming season.
