Golden Arrows have completed the signing of former FC Cape Town left-winger Siphelele Magubane on a two-year deal.

Magubane had been training with Arrows for the past four weeks, and has signed as a free agent after his contract with the First Division club was terminated at the end of last season.

The 23-year-old from Kwamashu says he is delighted to have signed for the Durban-based club and thanked former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Ntokozo Sikhakhane for wncouraging him to persue the move.

"I'm over the moon," he tells KickOff.com. "It was always my wish to play in the PSL and i want to thank the people who have been backing me.

"I also want to thank Ntokozo for playing a huge role in encouraging me not to give up. I'm very happy."

Magubane is Abafana Bes'thende's eighth new signing ahead of the 2016/17 season as they look to improve on their ninth-place finish last season.
