Bidvest Wits CEO Jose Ferreira confirms permanent deals for Cuthbert Malajila and Mogakolodi Ngele

Bidvest Wits CEO Jose Ferreira has confirmed to that the transfers of Cuthbert Malajila and Mogakolodi Ngele to The Clever Boys are permanent.

Malajila and Ngele have joined the Clever Boys in a players-plus-cash deal which saw Sundowns finally secure their long-awaited transfer target Sibusiso Vilakazi.

There has been speculation on whether the ex-Downs duo made the switch to Milpark on a short-term basis, and are expected to return to Chloorkop at the end of the season.

During their media day, Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane could not provide clarity on the matter but suggested questions of such a nature be referred to club CEO Sizwe Nzimande.

Ferreira, however, has since put the issue to bed by confirming that the transfers are indeed on a permament basis.

Malajila was reduced to just six starts in all competitions last season, contributing with just three goals, while Ngele managed just five starts and two goals in all competitions.
