Mahamutsa and Masalesa have also previously been linked with an exit from Bucs. According to a source, Swallows FC have identified the duo as potential signings provided the PSL approves the sale of Free State Stars' topflight status to Moroka Swallows. Khoza, who doubles at the PSL chairman, has given the two parties until the end of the week to submit their application for the change in ownership.

"Both Majoro and Myeni met the chairman yesterday. He is set to meet both Masalesa and Mahamutsa tomorrow," says the source.

"They could both join Swallows FC if the deal is approved."
