Orlando Pirates striker Helder Pelembe lined up for Golden Arrows loan move

Posted: 20 July 2016 Time: 08:57

Orlando Pirates plan to loan striker Helder Pelembe to Golden Arrows, according to a source at Bucs.

Pelembe is understood to have attracted interest from several PSL teams. Pirates are open to bids for the Mozambican, but failing an offer aim to farm him out to Arrows.

"Pirates says if he wants to join another team that team must pay, meaning they must buy him from Pirates," says the source.

Pelembe, who was on loan at Bloemfontein Celtic last season, is at home and not training with the Buccaneers squad under new head coach Muhsin Ertugral.

The 28-year-old worked with Abafana Bes'thende boss Clinton Larsen at Phunya Sele Sele.

Meanwhile, fellow forward Lehlohonolo Majoro also looks to be on the way out of Mayfair amid talk of a Celtic return.
