Chippa United have confirmed the signing of defender James Okwuosa on a new two-year deal.
As revealed by KickOff.com on Wednesday, Okwuosa has decided to return to the Chilli Boys after previously turning down their renewal offer.
The stocky Nigerian defender had signed a pre-contract with Orlando Pirates, but the club had a change of mind at the last minute, prompting his swift return to Port Elizabeth.
Chippa confirmed the signing via their official Twitter account on Friday morning.
The club also announced the signing of defender Bongani Kama on a one-year deal plus a one-year option, from National First Division side Mthata Bucks.

The 24-year-old former Blackburn Rovers and FC Cape Town centre-back has been training with Dan Malesela’s side for the past week and has impressed ‘Dance’ and his technical team.
Chippa United communications manager Luthando Zibeko says Malasela is now satisfied with his squad and adds that it is unlikley the club will be announcing more signings soon.
"We are fairly done [in the transfer window] unless something extra ordinary happens," Zibeko tells KickOff.com.
"Dan is happy with the team that he has assembled and as the management we are fairly comfortable.
"Now we want to grow not just on the playing aspect only but we want to grow as a brand as well."
