Kaizer Chiefs’ award-winning teenage striker Emmanuel ‘Adebayor’ Letlotlo has confirmed signing a three-year contract with the Phefeni Glamour Boys.

The 20-year-old was on the wanted-list of a few PSL teams following his superb performances during the MultiChoice Diski Challenge this past season during which he scored nine goals.

The Limpopo-born striker was recognised as the Reserve League’s top goalscorer at the PSL Awards held in Johannesburg last night – the only award that went to a Chiefs player.

“Yes, I have signed a three-year contract with Chiefs,” Letlotlo tells KickOff.com.

“There have been rumours and other teams wanted to sign me but my heart has always been with Chiefs. I have been speaking to the coach and he has been giving me advice.

“I grew up at Chiefs and the club has treated me well. I understand how things are done at the club and the club also understands me.”
