Siphiwe Tshabalala, Kgotso Moleko doubtful for season-finale with Chippa United

Kaizer Chiefs captain Siphiwe Tshabalala and fullback Kgotso Moleko are doubtful for Amakhosi's final game of the season against Chippa United at FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

'Shabba' is nursing a knee injury, while Moleko has hamstring concerns.

"Shabba is undergoing treatment to his knee," coach Steve Komphela told the club's website after a training session at Naturena.

"We hope he will recover on time to face Chippa on Saturday."

The former Free State Stars boss added: "Moleko did not take part in full training today. It is a precaution for now.

"However, the medical team will assess his condition and give us guidance leading up to Saturday."

Chiefs are fourth on the Absa Premiership table with 46 points - four more points than sixth-placed Chippa.

Komphela's side can finish third behind champions Mamelodi Sundowns and runners-up Bidvest Wits if they impress against the Chilli Boys and Platinum Stars slip up against the Brazilians.
