Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder Dumisani Zuma says morale is thriving under coach Serame Letsoaka.
Letsoaka took over the side in December last year, effectively swapping jobs with Golden Arrows boss Clinton Larsen.
However, the former Bafana Bafana assistant coach struggled for results early on, as evidenced by five straight defeats over February and March.
Celtic eventually ended the poor run in style with a shock 3-1 win at eventual champions Mamelodi Sundowns. And Letsoaka's men are now riding a six-game unbeaten streak, which includes a 5-0 rout of Ajax Cape Town and the 3-2 defeat of high-flying Platinum Stars in midweek.
"How do I put this? It is like the season has just started, the guys are enjoying themselves on the pitch and at training," Zuma told the club's website.
"There is an unbelievable mood reigning in the camp. Perhaps we took time to gel and to collectively understand the methodology introduced by coach Serame Letsoaka when he came. He is a great coach. We are psychologically and physically ready for any team."
Phunya Sele Sele can finish the season no higher than their current position of 10th on the Absa Premiership table.
Letsoaka's charges will conclude their campaign at home against Polokwane City on May 21.
