Bafana Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba received a boost as five key players were able to train after initially turning up to camp with niggling injuries.
Thabo Matlaba (painful toe), Anele Ngcongca (abdominal muscle strain), Rivaldo Coetzee (ankle sprain), Andile Jali (shoulder) and Kamohelo Mokotjo (tight thigh muscles) were previously on the sidelines.
However, they were put through their paces on Wednesday ahead of back-to-back Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers with Cameroon.
Bafana, who jetted out the country on Thursday, will take on the Indomitable Lions in Limbe on Saturday before hosting the west Africans in Durban next Tuesday.
Mashaba's men have a point from two matches - five less than the Group M leaders.
