Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Lucky Baloyi says he is learning a great deal from Amakhosi stalwart Reneilwe Letsholonyane.
Baloyi is competing with Letsholonyane for game-time at Naturena, but 'Sheriff' has nothing but respect for his teammate.
"It’s up to the coach to decide who will start," Baloyi told his club's website.
"'Yeye' guides me and he has taught me a lot."
With Letsholonyane suspended for tomorrow's clash with Maritzburg United, Baloyi, who has made four league starts this season, is expected to partner Willard Katsande in the engine room.
The former Moroka Swallows man expects a tough game given the Team of Choice are propping up the Absa Premiership standings.
"Maritzburg will be fighting for their life. They also have a new coach. It means that we have to fight as well, because it’s not going to be an easy game."
Meanwhile, Baloyi has faith the Glamour Boys can improve their record in front of goal having netted five times in as many matches in 2016.
"Of course, our finishing has to improve. We rush it a bit when getting in good goal-scoring positions. The good thing, however, is that we have created a lot of chances in recent games. That’s crucial. If we continue doing that, the goals will come.”
