Kaizer Chiefs striker David Zulu is set to remove his moon-boot in a week, while defender Daniel Cardoso is three weeks' away from resuming full training.
Zulu is making his way back from a torn ligament in his ankle that required surgery in early September.
Cardoso, an off-season signing from Free State Stars, has started light training after nursing a stress fracture to his shin bone.
Meanwhile, Amakhosi's official website reports that Philani Cele (ankle), Simphiwe Mtsweni (foot) and Levy Mokgothu (hamstring) have recovered from their respective knocks.
Chiefs next face Bloemfontein Celtic at Free State Stadium in the annual Macufe Cup on Sunday (kick-off: 15h00).
