South Africa coach Ephraim Mashaba has called up fullback Mosa Lebusa and midfielder Kamohelo Mokotjo for the upcoming friendlies with Costa Rica and Honduras in Central America.
Lebusa has been a consistent force for Ajax Cape Town, playing a key role in the Urban Warriors' MTN8 triumph last month.
Mokotjo is a star performer for Eredivisie side FC Twente, and currently boasts the highest pass completion rate (88.1 percent) of any defensive midfielder in the Dutch topflight.
Orlando Pirates talisman Oupa Manyisa and Ajax striker Prince Nxumalo have been ruled out of the games.
Manyisa is nursing a fractured ankle, while Nxumalo recently suffered an epilepsy attack.
However, Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune will travel with the national team after missing his club's previous two matches with a knock.
Bafana Bafana will face Costa Rica on October 9, and Honduras five days later.
