For Karuru he has quietly charmed his way on to the substitutes bench for the two official matches against Maritzburg United and Chippa United that Chiefs have played to date, giving a strong signal that Komphela has him in his plans. has been told that Komphela appreciates Karuru’s qualities and appears likely to give him far more game-time this season than he was afforded last season.
