Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung has confirmed that his club is not interested in signing Khethokwakhe Masuku.

Rumours surfaced last week that the former Orlando Pirates midfielder wants to join Kaizer Chiefs after parting ways with the Buccaneers on July 9.

Asked by KickOff.com if the League champions are interested in the player, Motaung says: “No. We are not looking for players now, we are not interested.

“In fact, there's no player that we are looking to sign now. We are fine with the squad that we have,” he adds.

The 29-year-old Masuku is a free agent and will definitely not be short of offers, but is currently training on his own in Soweto.
