It seems that there is no end to the saga regarding allegations that the signature on Jose Torrealba’s contract extension at Mamelodi Sundowns was forged.

Safa’s Appeal Board failed to make a final ruling on the matter yesterday.

PSL COO Ronnie Schloss confirmed to Kick Off that Sundowns’ appeal against a PSL DRC decision to declare Torrealba free agent after findings ruled that the signature on the contract was forged.

Schloss said he could not commit himself to when the matter would be finalised.

“The dispute is still proceeding. The matter has gone back to attorneys for both parties for further review on documentation. It could take another couple of weeks,” he added.

Sundowns must stop this nonsense. We all know the signature was forged, based on simple fact that Torrelba was not in the country on the date the contract was signed. I think someone is trying to escape the axe from Mr no-nonsense Motsepe. Let Torrelba go and deal with the matter internally.

Soccer lovers must not be misled by Media reports surrounding Terrealba saga. He signed PSL registration form with Sundowns on the 1st of July 2007 for new season. It shows that he was prepared to play under PSL..obviuosly with Sundowns. It might be true that he didn\'t sign the documents wich give Sundowns first option for the extention of his contract. But the fact remains that he signs the PSL registration form with Sundowns. I hope you find this in order.
