Robin Ngalande set for Platinum Stars switch

Posted: 10 July 2015 Time: 17:53

Malawian striker Robin Ngalande is leaving Bidvest Wits with Platinum Stars his next destination as he continues his search for a club where he will play regularly.

KickOff.com already has confirmation from Wits that Ngalande is leaving and word from Rustenburg is that a deal is close to being sealed that will pave the way for the 22-year-old to move to North West.

Wits have indicated without giving details about his destination that there is a huge possibility Ngalande will be finalising his move within the next couple of days.

Our contacts at Dikwena inform us that the Malawian forward is already working on the logistics relating to his move to the club.

Ngalande spent the past season on loan at Ajax Cape Town starting just three games and making a further 10 substitute appearances, scoring one goal, but it was his performance at the recent Cosafa Cup – held in the North West – that convinced Dikwena.

Platinum Stars are reworking their attack, which is now minus three of the forwards they had registered on their books at the beginning of last season.
