PSL transfer news: Aces to sign Ngubane after Pirates move collapsed

Posted: 27 June 2015 Time: 11:28

Mpumalanga Black Aces are set to sign Siyabonga Ngubane after the midfielder's proposed move to Orlando Pirates fell through.

Bucs were poised to land the University of Pretoria man but the Sea Robbers withdrew their interest at the eleventh hour.

However, Ngubane has since agreed personal terms with Aces following a meeting with the club last night.

"We spoke to the coach, he likes him. We are very interested to sign him," says an AmaZayoni official.

Ngubane will link up with Muhsin Ertugral's side on a free transfer as his contract with AmaTuks will expire next week.

The 26-year-old joined Tuks in July 2013 following a loan spell – along with Buhle Mkhwanazi – as part of the swap deal that saw Bongani Zungu go to Mamelodi Sundowns.
