Lucky Baloyi waiting on Kaizer Chiefs

Posted: 17 June 2015 Time: 15:37

Lucky Baloyi says his immediate future remains dependent on Kaizer Chiefs as he still has a year remaining on his contract at Naturena.

The former youth international spent the past season on loan at Moroka Swallows, where he played regularly and finished the season as stand-in-captain as the club eventually got relegated.

“I still have a year remaining on my contract with Chiefs,” Baloyi tells KickOff.com.

“I will be guided by the club with regards to my future, though at this moment nothing has been communicated to me as yet.

“My only desire is to build on to the season I had last term when I played regularly and showed more of what I am capable of doing. But at this moment it is all in the hands of Chiefs.”

Baloyi started 26 League games this past season – the most by any Swallows player – and came on as a substitute in another three matches.
