PSL transfer news: Maritzburg confirm Mandaza, Sekotlong exit

Posted: 10 June 2015 Time: 15:35

Maritzburg United will not be retaining striker Terrence Mandaza and midfielder Thokozani Sekotlong for next season.

United chairman Farook Kadodia confirmed the news to KickOff.com.

Mandaza’s deal is not being renewed despite a fairly productive season in which he scored four League goals in the nine games that he started. The Zimbabwean spent the past three years with the Team of Choice following a two-year spell with Platinum Stars.

Sekotlong netted once in the 11 matches he started in 2014/15. The 24-year-old has been with the club for the past two years after arriving from University of Pretoria.
