PSL transfer news: Pelembe meeting Sukazi to discuss future

Posted: 1 June 2015 Time: 13:11

Elias Pelembe will meet his agent Tim Sukazi this week to “pave the way forward” as his days at Mamelodi Sundowns look to be numbered.

The Mozambican’s contract expires at the end of this month, and Sukazi is meeting the player to sort out his future.

“He’s driving back from Mozambique as I speak to you and I will meet with him tonight or tomorrow. He looks set to leave Sundowns and I’m saying so because to this day there is no new contract,” Sukazi tells KickOff.com.

“I will meet with him to pave the way forward,” Sukazi adds.

Reports suggest that the 31-year-old may be heading back to his former team SuperSport United or Orlando Pirates, but Sukazi insists that no club has approached him just yet.

By his standards, Pelembe didn’t have the best of seasons in 2014/15 after making just 13 starts for the Brazilians.
