Mystery surrounds the composition of the South African Defence Forces team that has arrived in Uganda to contest the Africa Military Camfoot Cup being staged there.

The Uganda Peoples Defence Forces is hosting the eight-team tournament that will run for 10 days.

Defending champions Cameroon have been in the Central African country since last week, while Zambia and the South Africans arrived at the weekend.

Algeria and Kenya are expected early this morning while the arrival times for Gabon and Guinea have not been disclosed. Teams are residing at Kabira Club, Hotel Africana and Fairway.

Namboole and Nakvubo stadium are the official venues for the continental showpiece that will run from December 3-13 with free entrance to the public.

The grand prize at the 7th Camfoot will be qualification for the 2011 World Military Cup in Brazil for the two finalists. By virtue of being hosts, Uganda has been placed in group while Cameroon as defending champions will lead Group B. They will each be joined by three other teams in the respective groups.

The draw for the groups is set for today or tomorrow.
