SuperSport United coach Gordon Igesund says new striker Kingston Nkhatha "can't wait" to face his former team Kaizer Chiefs at Peter Mokaba Stadium tonight.

Nkhatha is available again after missing United's 1-0 win over Mpumalanga Black Aces through suspension this past weekend.

The Zimbabwean started his tenure at Matsatsantsa in style, netting on debut in a 2-2 draw with Free State Stars last week.

“Kingston wants to play the game against Chiefs,” Igesund says.

“Whenever a player leaves and he play against his old club, he knows them inside out, the strength and the weakness of the players in the team.

“He missed the previous match against Mpumalanga Black Aces and it gave him a little bit of a breather.

“He can't wait to play against his former team.”

Nkhatha, a regular target of the Chiefs boo-brigade during his stay at Naturena, switched alliances in the January transfer window.
