Tinkler says Mpontshane and Gumede will get a run out for the team in a friendly with Angolan side Petro Atletico tomorrow.

"We've signed new players who have been with us a few days, it will take time for them to adapt to our objectives and standards," Tinkler is quoted as saying on Pirates' official Twitter account.

"Tshepo and Mpontshane have been successful at their club but the pressure now will be different. We have to help them through.

"We play a friendly versus Petro Atletico tomorrow. We will get a chance to see Mpontshane and Tshepo Gumede in that game."
