Mpeta, 25, has been negotiating with Dikwena over the past few weeks as his deal is set to expire in June.

Stars boss Ratanang Nke, however, has revealed the defender is yet to agree to what the club considers a healthy offer.

"After what the team considered to be a more than a reasonable offer to the player, Platinum Stars have not agreed terms with Luvo Mpeta," Nke tells KickOff.com.

"Not withstanding his assurances that he is not going anywhere, the player has not agreed terms with the team and seems to have set his eyes on what he perceives as greener pastures."
