Andile Fikizolo staying put at SuperSport United

Posted: 1 January 2015 Time: 15:22

Andile Fikizolo is not looking for a loan move away from SuperSport United during the January transfer window.

The 20-year-old joined the club on a three-year deal from Thanda Royal Zulu at the start of the season, but has found game-time hard to come by.

However, he has impressed during the MultiChoice Diski Challenge, helping SuperSport to the quarterfinal stage.

According to his agent, Tim Sukazi, the player is looking to stay at the club and fight for his place in the first team.

"The club rates him highly and the coach [Gordon Igesund] as well, therefore there is no call for any move and nothing whatsoever,” Sukazi says.

"If other clubs come [to sign him] then the decision will be made by SuperSport. However, they will take it down and escalate it to their head coach and they will decide from there.”
