Patrick Tignyemb to face Bloemfontein Celtic Disciplinary Committee

Posted: 15 September 2014 Time: 15:47

Bloemfontein Celtic goalkeeper Patrick Tignyemb will face the club’s Disciplinary Committee following the shoving incident involving him and Wandisile Letlabika.

Phunya Sele Sele lost Sunday’s match against Mamelodi Sundowns 1-0 at Free State Stadium and to make matters worse, Tignyemb was seen shoving Letlabika who had made a defensive error that led to Elias Pelembe’s goal for the Tshwane side.

Celtic CEO Khumbulani Konco confirms that Tignyemb will face the DC to explain his actions.

Meanwhile, the club’s PRO Sello Nduna tells KickOff.com that the meeting earlier today between the club’s chairman Max Tshabalala, the technical team and players was merely to encourage the players after the loss.

“The chairman had a chat with the technical team and players but it is not a crisis. He was simply motivating the players,” he adds.

It is called a football mistake! We r are expecting more prefessionalism from senior players like Tignyemb! What he did was very wrong and immature!

Tignyemmb need a harsh punishment. He behaved like a stupid war gorilla. We do not need his kind of behaviour in the football ground. Especially when a game is on tv and you are watching with kids who aspire to become soccer players in the future. He always make mistake and there is no one whoever treated him like they way he shoved his captain of the day.

if at all thats the kind of punishment given to a player who made mistake,he Tignyemb would be dead by now because he committed so many stupid mistakes which cost Celtic lot of points, but no one did anything to him.Now he just pulled 3 saves against Downs and he claim to be a saint.

These things are common at Chiefs. They don't even call disciplinary hearing anymore for worse incidents.

Kaizer Chiefs players fighting over a Girl

UrbanWarriorSA / July 1, 2014

KAIZER Chiefs players namely Lebese and Gould aren’t seeing eye-to-eye due to the fact that they are both lifting the same skirt namely Bucie.

It’s reported that Morgan Gould followed Bucie after a performance at the teams awards only to find out Lebese was also following him.

The situation ended with Morgan threatening and promising George Lebese hot punches, something that the Mamelodi born did not take well as he also gave Morgan assurances that he’s not to be undermined infront of his (their) Girlfriend.

The Captain made a blunder yes, but he didn't need such humiliation from one of the senior player who himself is no stranger to stupid mistakes that costed the team before. Patrick was unprofessional, he needs to apologise to the football nation

This keeper has no respect!!! How can he do that to his captain? What are PSL rules say? Can you have a violent behaviour towards your teammates and it is not punishable?
