Mpumalanga Black Aces move for Raymond Monama

Posted: 7 September 2014 Time: 21:37

KickOff.com has learnt that Mpumalanga Black Aces have made an offer for Raymond Monama.

The midfielder is currently a free agent after terminating his contract with Mamelodi Sundowns just a few hours before the transfer window deadline.

Monama spent last season on loan at University of Pretoria, but he could now find a home at Aces after making contact with the player’s agent, Tim Sukazi.

Good player that was mislead by previous club, agent and downs and promised so much, now he needs to find himself again. Good luck to him. Very good for everyone concerned, now release the other 20 that just collect pay cheques. No use having all the psl and not using them. Release everyone last one of the guys not playing, terminate terminate terminate! Once and always bucs.

downs actually helped him because they kept him in the topflight, i mean there was no way he would break in the starting line-up or bench even, given the competition he was facing...unlucky though.

MaveeNts  Behaviour of a player together with his agent determines the outcome of every negotiations of whether the player will be released early or not from his legal binding contract, all of us is the first time we hear that Monama was released early. He never ran to the media to bad mouth his employers he worked silently and followed proper channels.

Those who hold the view that Downs are the silent killer should take Monama as a case study. MaveeNTs is spot on. The employee's  behaviour is crucial to the employer -employee relationship. A contract is a legal document that need to be dealt with level headed people. As for this boyManqele, I feel sorry for him. He thinks he is biger than the club.

MaveeNts They want him to abide by the terms of the contract he signed and follow instructions by the employer.

Its funny that he hasn't received a contract since his contract was terminated some 3 weeks ago. One would expect him to get a club the very next day, the likes of swallows, amazulu could really do with skills of this boy. This goes to show that it sometimes is not easy getting a contract for some of these these youngsters.

But then it was very easy to people to cry for him while he was still in downs books, now that he is free to join another team, no one would have a go at all the teams of PSL for not giving this young talent a chance. Sometimes people cry simply because they hate sundowns, they are not really interested in the player.

sam_sundawana However i'm  sure a number of people and clubs were not aware of this. Remebember he is not amongst the KO friendly players(brown envelope). I think now he will get offers in numbers
