Free State Stars defender Letuka eyes Bafana Bafana coach Mashaba's favour

Free State Stars left-back Tumelo Letuka feels international football is a realistic goal to aim for following the appointment of new Bafana Bafana coach Ephraim 'Shakes' Mashaba.
Mashaba, who recently steered Amajita to the CAF Youth Championship, has selected a youthful Bafana squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan and Nigeria.
And Letuka naturally hopes to catch Mashaba's eye after joining Stars in the off-season following a successful trial in Bethlehem.
Letuka revealed his ambitions on his club's website, saying: "First of all I want to cement my place in the starting eleven as you may know that I am faced with stiff competition on that left side. But I am working hard and guys like Reuben (Thebakang) and Danny (Venter), who have been long in the PSL, always encourage me to work extra hard.
"I will like to contribute something to the club this season and one hopes that we can win at least a one piece of silverware this season.
"My biggest goal is to represent the country and I think it’s highly possible with the current coach Shakes Mashaba at the helm, who has faith in young players."
