Khethokwakhe Masuku still fighting for Orlando Pirates place

Posted: 26 August 2014 Time: 11:39

Orlando Pirates midfielder Khethokwakhe Masuku will not leave the club before the end of the transfer window, according to his agent.

Masuku has been linked with a move away from Pirates before the transfer deadline on Friday. The former Black Leopards midfielder has not yet seen action since the beginning of the season.

However, his manager Abbie Rasimphi says Masuku is staying with the Buccaneers and will continue to fight for his position in the team.

"Masuku is still part of the team and is not going anywhere," says Rasimphi.

"He is going to continue to work hard and fight for his place like any other player at Pirates," he adds.

We still need Bhereza,,,, I think on the right we get a few couple of crosses when he is in the field playing along right flank with Jele..... he still belongs to us and must just work even harder and grab his chance when given a gametime.
