Polokwane City team news ahead of Moroka Swallows tie Marumo, Jembula, Gopane, Molekwane

Posted: 25 August 2014 Time: 15:24

Polokwane City are still waiting for goalkeeper Modiri Marumo to receive his work permit ahead of tomorrow's Absa Premiership clash with Moroka Swallows at Dobsonville Stadium.

The Botswana international is yet to feature this season, with new signing Dino Visser standing in goal for the club's first three games of 2014/15.

In other team news, midfielders Sipho Jembula (hamstring) and Mothusi Gopane (knee) have been ruled out of the Swallows tie through injury, while defender Tlou Molekwane is suspended after getting sent off in the 2-1 loss to Ajax Cape Town last week.

City coach Boebie Solomons is naturally eager to see his side post a positive result at the Dube Birds' expense.

"We need to bounce back," Solomons says. "Even though it's away, we need to keep picking up points, at least one.

"We have to keep the clock ticking," adds the former Santos tactician.
