Ebrahim Seedat joins Swedish side Degerfors

Posted: 13 August 2014 Time: 09:49

Swedish side Degefors IF has confirmed the signing of South African midfielder Ebrahim Seedat.

Seedat, who was trying at Ajax Cape Town recently, has signed a short-term deal that expires on November 15.

The 21-year-old is currently waiting for his work-permit and may not be available for Degerfors’ match against Assyrian on August 18.

Seedat was in Bidvest Wits’ books two seasons ago following his return from Belgium, where he was playing for Lokeren. However, he failed to live up to expectations, making just 12 appearances for the Students during the 2012/13 season.
