Wits held by Tuks

Henrico Botes opened his account for Bidvest Wits as the Students were held to a 1-1 draw by University of Pretoria on Tuesday night.
The former Platinum Stars striker cancelled out Atusaye Nyondo's first-half opener, with Tuks having Siyabonga Ngubane sent off late on at Bidvest Stadium.
Steve Barker's side made the ideal start, as Nyondo side-footed home a quality left-wing cross from fellow attacker Geofrey Massa five minutes in. Malawian Nyondo was a late inclusion in proceedings after only receiving his work permit earlier today.
At the other end, Wits captain Sibusiso Vilakazi drew a save from Washington Arubi with an awkward, dipping free-kick in the 15th minute.
Massa, though, had two good chances before the recess, scuffing his shot at Jackson Mabokgwane on the half-hour mark before botching a header with the keeper stranded following good work from Nyondo.
Arubi nearly cost Tuks dearly two minutes into the second stanza. The shot-stopper made a mess in dealing with Toriq Losper's free-kick into the box, but his defender Grant Kekana came to his rescue to block Chris Katongo's follow-up shot.
The Students, however, drew level in the 58th minute, as Botes tapped in on the rebound after Arubi kept out a powerful strike from new signing Katongo.
Katongo could have scored 10 minutes later, but the Zambian put his effort over from close range after Arubi did brilliantly to push Thulani Hlatshwayo's header on to the post.
The visitors ended the 'university derby' with ten men as Ngubane received a second caution in the 89th minute.
