Goodman boost for AmaZulu for Moroka Swallows tie

Posted: 12 August 2014 Time: 09:41

AmaZulu's star midfielder Goodman Dlamini is available for tomorrow's League clash with Moroka Swallows after sorting out his PSL registration.

Dlamini, Usuthu's reigning player of the year, was a notable absentee in the club's goalless draw with Ajax Cape Town at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Sunday.

KickOff.com later learnt Dlamini was sidelined due to paperwork issues.

However, AmaZulu marketing manager Lunga Sokhela says the matter has since been resolved.

"It was with the issue of some other things having changed in terms of registration with the PSL," Sokhela says.

"We only discovered on Friday and by then it was too late before we could do anything before they closed the offices at the PSL.

"Everything has been sorted out and the player is now available for selection when we travel to play Moroka Swallows tomorrow."

Craig Rosslee's side will tackle Moroka Swallows at Dobsonville Stadium, with the Birds riding high following their shock 2-1 win at Orlando Pirates in their Premiership opener.
