Khuboni relishing working under Mpumalanga Black Aces coach Barker

Posted: 20 June 2014 Time: 13:10

Mpumalanga Black Aces newcomer Thanduyise Khuboni is relishing the opportunity to work under legendary South African coach Clive Barker.

Khuboni, 28, yesterday sealed a move to Aces - along with Mzivukile Tom - from Golden Arrows.

"I’m very much happy to have joined a team of Aces’ calibre," Khuboni told AmaZayoni's official website.

"They have a wonderful and legendary coach in Clive Barker and their ambitions as a team appealed to my future plans. It’s a totally new chapter in my life and certainly a challenging one.

"I wish my former team Arrows everything of the best in the NFD. Had it not been for them, I would not have come this far as a player," concluded the ex-Bafana Bafana midfielder.
