This website broke the news last week that the duo will be moving to Mpumalanga, and Aces have just tweeted from their official account that it is indeed a done deal.

The private TV station, Etv, have launched a Charity Showdown which will include four teams in Wits, AmaZulu, Mpumalanga Black Aces and Bloemfontein Celtic.

The launch took place in Sandton, and the showdown will be played on July 19 at BidVest Stadium.

Etv Head of Programmes, Monde Thwala, said that they felt it was important they give back to the community. He said the motive behind this initiative is to uplift the lives of the less-privileged in the society.

"The Charity Showdown is more than just football. It is about family. We have chosen teams from different provinces to reach all corners. It will help sustain the lives of some young people in the country. It will be a day full of fun for everyone who will be at the stadium on the day," Thwala concluded.

Funds generated from this  tournament will benefit a charity called, Lunchbox Fund, that feeds children in different schools in the country.

Gonondo uyesabeka.let's see whether you still have the hunger that propelled you to the first team as a 20 year old.maybe you lost the hunger when the arrows kept on bringing mediocre players or when you started getting that R200K monthly salary or was it that lying makaab telling us of an overseas interest?we will see whether you give sandile zuke and clifford ngubeni a run for their money.

@Spice mfethu I'd rather be part of that 5000 sober supporters than being with 90 000 of which 95% drunk with black label.
