AmaZulu team manager Japhet Zwane believes the club should retain the services of striker Lucky Nguzana, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
Nguzana, 22, has scored two goals for Usuthu since joining them in March following his release from local rivals Golden Arrows.
"He is a good player and got that burst of power and pace in him. He is a wonderful boy," Zwane says.
"I want the club to extend his contract because he has so much potential and he will be a revelation for the club in the future.
"With him, you have everything and he just needs to be nurtured there and there, and with that help aiding him, he will score more goals."
Meanwhile, Zwane, who earned 18 caps for Bafana Bafana, says AmaZulu expect to clinch a top-eight finish in the League this campaign.
"We have been there for the entire season and it will be worst-case scenario after playing so well not to finish in the top eight.
"The boys and the coaches knows too well that the mandate is to finish in the top eight," concludes the former Arrows and Moroka Swallows winger.
Craig Rosslee's side are ninth in the Premiership standings with two games left.
