Mamelodi Sundowns appeal against the Dispute Resolution Chamber decision to declare Venezuelan striker Jose Torrealba a free agent has been postponed again.
The Safa Appeal Board was scheduled to hear the appeal on Saturday, however it has now been postponed to November 18.
The DRC declared that the extension to Torrealba’s contract that Sundowns hold is invalid after hand writing experts proved that the signature on the contract was forged.
PSL prosecutor Zola Majavu has confirmed that the Brazilians appeal has been postponed but could not reveal the reasons.
“Safa are the only ones that can give you that information as the case now in their hands. The only thing I can confirm is that the case will now be heard on November 18.”

Torrealba\'s signature was forged cause there is no smoke without fire, give him his goestes & let him GO 2010 is here & we need a local good striker, after all he wasn\'t a Fani Madi or Mbesuma.
