AmaZulu striker Ayanda Dlamini says thieves who broke into his car and stole his phone and wallet may have been posting unsavoury remarks from his old Facebook account.
“I wasn’t aware of such a thing and I really don’t know what to say because it’s a bigger issue than just what I’m hearing was said on Facebook about me," Dlamini told his club's official website.
“My car was broken into a few weeks ago, prior to our away trips to Nelspruit and Rustenburg for the Mpumalanga Black Aces and United FC matches.
“My personal belongings were stolen, stuff like my wallet which had all my bank cards, cell phone and other things were taken.
“I’m trusting in the police because whoever did it even went so far as withdrawing money from my bank account.
“The police will solve all of this. I’m not going to let it bother me. I have to keep focused on my duties for the team."
Dlamini believes that whoever stoke his BlackBerry Q10 may have gained access to his personal information and has been logged into apps such as WhatsApp.
