Neymar lashes out in furious post

Posted: 20 February 2014 Time: 16:13

Barcelona forward Neymar has utilised his personal Instagram account to lash out at former Brazilian club Santos for their accusations of his father over the player’s move to Spain.

Ex-Santos president Luis Álvaro Oliveira (LAOR) accused Neymar’s father for organising his son’s transfer to Barcelona behind the club’s back and without their consent.

"With this type of people, that bastard (referring to Neymar's father), it's useless to argue through the media. Everything will have to be proven in court,” Oliveira was quoted as saying in Spanish publication Marca.

Yet the Brazilian forward was quick to respond to Oliveira’s accusations, using his personal Instagram account to vent his anger at his former employees.

"Once again I am taking the liberty of talking about an issue that has now gone too far,” Neymar posted.

“Today I understand why Ganso left Santos - it was because of its directors! I am very disappointed with the ex-president, LAOR, and also with the present one, Odilio [Rodrigues]. Mainly LOAR. After what he has said about my father, I have lost all respect for him."

Neymar vehemently defended his father’s actions, saying he did nothing wrong.

"So much rubbish, so much talk! If he thought my father was stupid he's very wrong. I thank my father for helping me get where I am and if he has earned millions from it, what's the problem?

“He worked for it, he didn't wait for it to fall out of the sky. Sorry, Santos fans, but two or more people are not going to change the affection I feel for SFC."

I am getting to know the psyche of Brazillians without setting my foot in that country... Pele, that ex-WC player who spoke about a "dark cloud falling over Maracana before the WC", the Santos farore, etc". Here I see a South American version of Nigeria... this is because where there are over 700 million people there is struggle for survival.

young s Santos claims that there was a lot of money involved in Neymar's deal that they don't know of. Barcelona paid Santos 47 million pounds for the transfer then paid about 40 million pounds to N&N which is the company that represents Neymar and is owned by him and his father. it is further alleged that Barcelona paid Santos another 7 million pounds for the rights of two other up comming shining stars that are with Santos. So in other words Santos is not happy about the 40million that was paid to N&N. they wish everything was done through them. of which according to me there is nothing wrong there because Santos was paid the agreed amount and the rest was between Neymar's father and Barcelona

Paula12  a bitter Madrid fan I see! Coming back to footballing matters, unfortunately the agents are pulling all the dirty tricks but as for the fathers running their son's affairs we can't decry them coz they're getting their sons the best deals and if they have to gain out of that so be it! For your information (Madridian) Barcelona as a team did nothing wrong. The only problem here is that Madrid tried to hijack the deal by paying more money and now Santos are upset coz the agreement they had with Sandro Roselli lost them a lot more millions from Sheik Florentino Perez!
